It begins with a complimentary and professional staging consultation. Our stager will walk through the home and give recommendations to highlight the special features and flow of the home. When you’re ready to move forward with listing the home on the market, our seven-day launch plan is activated. 

1. Day one: Schedule professional photography. We have different features depending on the amenities of the area and how large the property is. We will schedule drone aerial photography, a virtual tour, and floor plan rendering. 


2. Day two: Complete virtual staging. This will be done for any vacant properties or empty rooms. This helps the buyer visualize how each room can be used.


3. Day three: Send out 100 direct mailers. These are sent to your closest neighbors, as many times they know someone who would like to live in the neighborhood, and they’ll share it with their friends and family. Additionally, we'll begin our hassle-free selling plan, where we market your home to our office of over 250 agents before hitting the market. 4. Day four: Launch the “coming soon” campaign. Your home will be sent to all real estate brokers in our area and within our brokerage, and they’ll help us match you with their buyers who are looking for a home just like yours. The list is syndicated to national websites like Zillow and Realtor.com.

5. Day five: Install the for-sale sign. This highly-visible sign will be placed in your yard so anyone passing by will see it. With this, our dynamic target marketing campaign begins. We've hired the top national marketing firm to advertise your property to the masses. 

6. Day six: Go live on the MLS. We don't pick just any day to go live—most buyers are looking for homes on Thursday or Friday mornings, so we choose the best day for your home to go live. Your home listing will be syndicated to real estate platforms and over 1,000 other real estate search engine sites. 

7. Day seven: Finish with our social media campaign. We use target marketing strategies to advertise to buyers that will be most interested in your home on social media and within our database of over 15,000 people. Then, top-notch open houses will be coordinated.
