Once a home’s equity is determined, a contractor will measure, bid, and present a plan for repairs or renovations. Estimates are transparent with no hidden costs; the contract price is the agreed-upon price. The work will be completed by licensed contractors in a timely manner, and the contractor will be paid at closing, so no money is needed up front.
